Terms of Service
Welcome to Spaceport. These terms cover your use of the Spaceport service at spaceport.build. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
1. What Spaceport is
Spaceport is a paid software-as-a-service that generates a SwiftUI iOS Xcode project pre-wired with optional modules (RevenueCat, App Store Connect, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, Firebase, AI assistant). One purchase, lifetime updates, unlimited projects.
2. Your account
Spaceport is paid-only. To create an account you complete a one-time purchase via Stripe Checkout. We then send a sign-in link to the email you used at checkout.
- You're responsible for the security of the email you sign in with and for any API keys you upload (App Store Connect, RevenueCat, etc.).
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, show signs of fraud, or attempt to abuse the service.
3. Ownership of generated code
Every Xcode project Spaceport generates for you is yours. Specifically:
- You may use it to build apps for the App Store, including paid apps you sell directly to end users.
- You may modify, extend, fork, and ship the code with no royalty and no attribution requirement.
- The Swift packages Spaceport pulls in (SwiftNetworkingKit, RevenueCatSubscriptionKit, AppleSignInKit, GoogleSignInKit, SwiftAIKit, etc.) keep their own MIT licenses; using their code follows their terms, not ours.
4. What you can't do
- You can't redistribute, resell, or share access to the Spaceport generator itself.
- You can't share your account credentials with anyone outside your team.
- You can't use Spaceport for projects that are illegal in the jurisdiction where they'll run.
5. Pricing and refunds
Pricing is shown on the homepage and is locked in at the time of purchase. Spaceport is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
We offer a 30-day no-build refund: if the Xcode project Spaceport generates doesn't compile out of the box, write to us and we'll refund you in full. After 30 days, or for change-of-mind requests, refunds are at our discretion. See the refund policy for details.
6. Service availability
Spaceport is offered on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime, and the service can change or be discontinued. If we discontinue Spaceport for paying customers within 12 months of their purchase, we'll refund the unused portion pro-rata.
7. Third-party services
Spaceport relies on third-party services to run, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database and auth), and the hosting provider. When you connect your own accounts (App Store Connect, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Anthropic, Firebase) those services are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
Spaceport is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Where the law requires a minimum standard of liability that we can't disclaim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Spaceport.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes we'll email you using the address on your account. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
