Refund Policy
Spaceport is a one-time purchase. Here's how refunds work, in plain language.
1. The 30-day no-build refund
If the iOS project Spaceport generates for you doesn't compile in Xcode out of the box (xcodegen errors, build errors with no edits from your side), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To request, email us with:
- The email you used at checkout.
- The project ID (the URL of your dashboard project, e.g.
/dashboard/projects/abc123). - A short description of what failed (the Xcode error, or what the bootstrap script printed).
We aim to reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original card via Stripe in 5โ10 business days.
2. Discretionary refunds
Outside the 30-day no-build case โ for example, change of mind, you didn't end up using the project, or you bought it by mistake โ refunds are at our discretion. We're an indie team and look at each request on its merits. Reach out and tell us what happened.
3. Service discontinuation refund
If we shut Spaceport down within 12 months of your purchase, we'll refund the unused portion of your fee pro-rata. This commitment is in our Terms of Service.
4. What isn't refundable
- Costs from third parties (Stripe processing fees you pay on a refund are absorbed by us; fees on connected services like OpenAI, Apple Developer Program, RevenueCat, etc., are not ours to refund).
- Time spent on integrations after the 30-day window.
5. How to ask
Use the contact form. Include the details listed above so we can find your purchase quickly.
